General rules
-White wines -Control the vintage on the label and choose the youngest bottles
for a good taste.
-Red wines: Ask to the wine-seller the best vintages. Some red wines offer their
best drinkable at young age, others generate the better aromas with aging. If
you intent to buy a lot of wine, buy only one bottle, to taste before.
-Serving Temperature: Generally white wines, are drunk at 6-10° C. - Red wines
are served at 16-20° C.
-Ageing: Wine bottles are conserved in an horizontal position in dark cellars at
a temperature of about 15° C It' s important to know that strong light and high
temperatures can alter the taste of the wine.
