Production zone: Frascati (a village in Lazio region not far from Rome) , including parts of the communes of  Grottaferrata, Monte Porzio Catone and Montecompatri, as well as parts of the city of Roma in the Roma province.

Species of vine:  Malvasia, Trebbiano, Grechetto and other whites.

Characteristics, tasting notes:  Straw yellow, vinous, mellow, dry.

Notes: The wine is produced in Secco, Amabile and Dolce (also known as Cannellino) versions, and a Spumante version is also available.
