General  rules

-White wines -Control the vintage on the label and choose the youngest bottles for a good taste.

-Red wines -Ask to the wine-seller the best vintages. Some red wines offer their best drinkable at young age, others generate the better aromas with aging. If you intent to buy a lot of wine, buy only one bottle, to taste before.
-Serving Temperature. -Generally white wines, are drunk at 6-10° C.  -  Red wines are served at 16-20° C.
-Aging -Wine bottles are conserved in an horizontal position in dark cellars at a temperature of about 15° C  It' s important to know that strong light and high temperatures can alter the taste of the wine.
