Located in Val d' Orcia, along the  Francigena road, the ancient way walked by  pilgrims who  went to Rome, this accommodating farmhouse  surely represents an excellent choice for a vacation exploring the cities and the villages of Southern Tuscany.

The fascinating and magic landscape of Val d' Orcia with its cypresses and its rolling hills offers a unique spectacle. For nature lovers and hikers, not far from here there is the Monte Amiata, at 1700 mtrs above sea level, which offers the opportunity, for walking or having a good picnic under the centuries old chestnut trees. Guests can take advantage of the nearby pool, to take a swim and to take a break during the hot summer. Private shaded parking and play ground for children.

Sant'Alberto farmhouse rental offers 4 charming apartments, furnished with taste, with antique furniture and brick tile floors.
- Girasole apartment [sleeps 6 +1]apartment, upper floor, hosts up to 7 people.
Dining/sitting area with small kitchen and fireplace, 2 double bedrooms, another double bedroom with an extra small bed - 2 bathrooms with showers - TV
 - Azzurro apartment, [sleeps 2 +2] (upper floor) hosts up to 4 people.
Charming little dining and sitting room with fireplace - small kitchen area with oven, stove and refrigerator. Large double bedroom with a Tv Sat., another single bed and the option of an extra bed.- Bathroom with shower. 
- Smeraldo apartment [sleeps 4 +1] (on the ground floor) 2 double bedrooms + kitchen with stone fireplace,  cotta tiles on the floor and stones on the walls. One bedroom has a iron staircase that connecting with the loft where is a single bed - The bedrooms have Sat TV and en-suite bathroom with shower. Easy access  for the  handicapped
- Acqua apartment [sleeps 6 +3 ](on the ground floor) is the biggest apartment and is closer to the pool. Has a very comfortable large kitchen with big fireplace. Opposite to the fireplace there is a double sofa bed. The three double bedrooms have private bathroom and esay access into the garden. One of the bedroom has a staicase connecting with a loft with single bed.
July and August the apartments are rented on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday- During other ten months there is a minimum of a 2 nights stay. 

Anyway you have to know that each bedroom has private entrance so you can rent only the bedroom instead of the whole apartment.

Weekly vacation rental rates

The prices depend from the type of accommodation and from the season. They range from 20 Euros to 40 euro per person, per night. Children from 3 to 10 years pay half price. Babies up to 3 years are free of charge.
 

Prices include: water, electricity, linen, towels, gas, final cleaning - Pets  are allowed -  a 30% deposit. is necessary to make reservations.-  Payment: Cash, Euro Checks, Wire Transfers, Credit Cards

Swimming pool m 7 x 15, hiking, horse back riding (4km), mountain biking, laundry room, barbeque,  free mountain bikes - Table tennis - Table football - shaded gazebo ideal for "al fresco" dining - Just a 10 minutes drive away, it's possible to enjoy  the hot springs of Bagno Vignoni or the sulphurous waters of Bagni San Filippo, as well as, the Spas of San Casciano dei Bagni,  to improve one's health and to keep well. 

Thanks to the farm's good location it's quite easy to reach the ancient villages of Pienza,    Montalcino, San Quirico d' Orcia, Montepulciano, and the city of Siena, of course .

Distances from towns: Siena 50, Florence 110, Arezzo 80, Perugia 90, Rome 220,  Orvieto 70,  Lake Bolsena 50.
