The cook will prepare a special meal based on a customized
menu for any occasions.
Once agreed the menu, you can choose:
1. the cook does the shopping, cooks the meal in your house,
sets the table, serves the meal, clears the table and cleans
the kitchen

house
Price: 2-4 people 25 euros per hour (average time 6 hours,
depending on the no of people, the menu, time of dinner) +
the cost of food (the bill will be shown); 5-10 people 35
euros per hour + the cost of food.

A cook will come to your house and teach you how to prepare
some of the typical Italian and Umbrian dishes: tasty sauces
for pasta and pizza, excellent antipasti, delicious
vegetables made according to the Umbrian tradition. You will
then eat all the dishes prepared with the cook for lunch or
dinner
Participants min 5 max 9 - 35 Euro p.p. (the price
includes the cost of the food)
Length: 3 hours, either in the morning or in the afternoon

- Imperial Roman Dinner Revival
A local archaeologist has studied the Roman cuisine and
proposes one of the most typical dishes of an old Roma
dinner. Three courses including appetizing hors d'oeuvre,
spicy meat and several desserts. The dinner is served with
the characteristic honey-seasoned wine. You will have dinner
in the garden of the archaeologist (in summer) or inside her
house (in winter)

In one of Todi's pastry shops you will learn to prepare and
bake the typical Italian "cornetti" (croissants), nice
figures using the typical sweet paste "marzapane" and
delicious chocolates, always with the help of the local
pastry cook. While the cakes are baked, you will learn how
to make the right "Cappuccino"
