Casa Patrizia is a perfect accommodation for
people that like to relax enjoing the view of the sea. It is situated
among others 2 indipendent appartaments of the same owner who called all
the property “Holidayhouse GILDA” and has common places for all the
guests of the appartaments like: the terrace of 25 square meters where
the guests can enjoy the sun and the view of the sea, having nice dinner;
the gardens of flowers; the laundry. The apartament is approximately 30
square meters (320,00 square feet) large, sleeps up to 4 persons. It has
1 bedroom, a complete living-dining room, and one bathroom. The house is
placed in the east part of the village, near to the famous Hotel San
Pietro, and there are 20 steps to reach the road, where you will find
the bus stop for the center of the village or other destinations. It has
also private car park, perfect if you like to travel by car. The first
room is the living-dining room, where can also sleep other 2 persons.
From this room you can enter the double bedroom and bathroom. The
bathroom has a separate shower. Between the rooms there aren’t doors but
just a curtain. The furnishing of the house is simple and comfortable,
and the house is kept in good shape by lovely caring of the owner,
Daniela. The large common terrace, from where
you enter the house trough a passage, has a table with chair for outdoor
meals, and you can sunbath in relax, looking at the sky, the sea and the
coast.
Casa Patrizia is placed in a very quiet area, unspoilt by the tourist
shops and restaurants. To reach the center of Positano, that is far 2
Kilometers (about 1,24 miles) you can board a bus every hour that will
take you to the center in five minutes and from the center to the main
beach in 10 minutes walking. If you come by car, you can reach the
center by car. But you can also choose to descent straight from Casa
Patrizia to the beach called Arienzo, one of the many secondary beachs
of Positano. It is a trail of a few hundreds steps that will lead you
through uncommon and fantastic views of Positano.
It only takes a few minutes by bus or car to reach the
streets where the most elegant shopping takes place, the famous beach,
the night clubs and the restaurants. Ferries and buses that will take
you to the other famous tourist spots of the coast of Amalfi and
Sorrento are readily available.
Amenities: TV, winer heating, parking, terrace, garden, sea and valley
view.
Weekly Prices: Price min/max for week 640.00/730.00. It is
refered to 2 persons per week but it can change
depending on the number of persons, up to 4, and for days. It includes
linens any 4 days, towels every day, electricity and final cleaning
are included in the rental price. If you have clothes to wash or to iron
you can ask to the owner that will arrange about.
How to reach: If you arrive by SITA bus the
nearest stop is 2 minutes near the house. You ask to the driver to stop
you the first bus stop after “San Pietro Hotel bus stop” if you are
coming from Amalfi to Positano; the second stop after “sponda bus stop
in Positano” if you are coming from Sorrento to Positano. You call the
owner who will wait for you at the bus stop or at the meeting point. If you
come with car the house has private park not included in the price and
just 5 euro a day.
