The black truffle ( in italian: "tartufo") festival, held on the last
weekend in February, is a great time to visit the region and taste the
truffles. The festival attracts local and national food producers
On the stalls of the alimentary exhibition are black truffles of Norcia, pork
butchery products, cheeses, lentils of Castelluccio di
Norcia and products of the woods.
The show gives some areas to handicrafts, to the
agricultural implements and to typical national products. There are also
stands representing products from other countries.
