The event is dedicated to the famous wine "Est Est Est" of Montefiascone.

It takes place in the "Giardino Comunale" during the firts 3 weeks of August and is very rich in spectacles art perfomarnces and obviously food and wine.

For the occasion many cellars of the historic center are open to visitors, for wine tasting and sampling of local products.
