Etruscan society was the first, great, powerful and blooming Italian civilization. It was different from the others not only for it's rich cultural and technologic knowledge, but because it had an extra something compared to the others. Well organized and structured in it's social and political life, Etruscan people reached high degree of power and prosperity. During the years they built many cities, of which it's possible to visit the most important remains. Etruria, homeland of the Etruscan, was located in western part of Central Italy, at present the regions of Tuscany, Umbria and northern part of Lazio.
