The farmhouse has two floors and is surrounded by a large garden. It's a
completely independent property with private parking lot.

billiard tables,

The house is furnished with antique furniture, pictures, carpets,
curtains and typical Tuscan objects.
There are terracotta floors and exposed wooden beams on the ceilings.
The villa is equipped with all modern comforts: Fridge/freezer, oven,
washing machine, dishwasher, iron, satellite TV, independent heating and
telephone.
All bedrooms have AIR CONDITIONING (an
extra charge must to be paid upon consumption)
Outside, in the large garden there are sunbathing beds, deckchairs,
outdoor dining furniture and umbrellas.
The pool (m. 6 x m 12)
is at the guests' disposal.
A large terrace offers a view over San Gimignano, across the vineyards
and the olive groves of the Chianti.
