sq m land and garden cultivated with fruit trees. Built according to the
typical Umbrian country style using all original materials: wooden beams,
terracotta tiles on the floor and ceiling, walls of visible stones and
painted plaster. The country house is completely independent, has its
own gate and entrance. The back of the house has a patio that overlooks
the pool and rolling hills around. Partially fenced.
