Description: Medieval stone Tower set like a gem in the green heart of
Umbria. The Tower has been completely restored and converted into an enchanting
holiday home. The Tower is part of an historic complex that also includes
another 2 houses. The whole property is fenced and the tenant has full privacy,
giving its back to the owner’s house.
Far away, opposite the Tower, is an old ex Convent closed within high stone
walls and framed by high old oaks. Surrounded by olive trees, shrubs and
cypresses, the Tower is on 4 levels and still preserves the original materials:
wooden beams, old terracotta floor tiles, large stone fireplace.
An enchanting covered patio faces the pool and the surrounding rolling hills,
hill-perched Massa Martana and the fields

fireplace, dining area with direct access to the covered patio facing the pool

Second Floor: 1 bathroom (shower, sink, WC bidet)

bidet)
Amenities: Outdoor laundry and big freezer, 6 x 12m pool (3.5 m – 1m) opened
from mid May through September, fly screens, barbecue, automatic main gate. PETS

Weekly Prices: 1,700 euros all year round - They include: all linens - They
