Description: Medieval stone little hamlet surrounded by 4,000 sq m garden and including only 6 houses has been completely restored and two of the houses are for rent. The hamlet overlooks the Tiber valley and the green rolling hills between Todi and Orvieto. Breathtaking view over the crop fields, farmhouses scattered everywhere, olive groves and rows of vineyards. The houses for rent have been completely and beautifully renovated (wooden beams, terracotta tiles, travertine stones and fireplaces, built-in kitchens with typical hand-made tiles) furnished with family pieces of antique and country furniture. They provide all comforts as the owners live there from time to time. An extra large pool and the club house (sitting area, showers, deep freezer, washing machine, kitchenette) with view are in front of the hamlet and are in common with the 6 houses

4 stone steps and a patio lead to the one-level house. On the ground floor there is the built-in kitchenette (sink, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer), living area with Sat TV and  sofabed; 1 double bedroom , 1 bathroom ( shower, WC, sink, bidet), 1 twin bedroom (bunk beds)
Weekly Prices: May- 30 Oct + national holidays: 700 Euros - Rest of the year :  500 Euros
 
Prices do not include: (May-October) 120 euros (for gas/heating, final cleaning, electricity and water), security deposit 200 euros – (rest of the year): gas/heating to be paid upon consumption, final cleaning 90 euros, security deposit 200 euros

Amenities: 7 x 16 m pool (1.5 m deep, except for the children area, which is 80 cm deep) open from  May 1  to October 31; club house by the pool (1 toilet, communal washing machine, large freezer, kitchenette) and 2 outdoor showers with hot and cold water. Mixer, toaster, hair dryer and Satellite TV in each house.
