Description: Lying only 1.5 Km from the main square in Todi, and
about 800 m from the town car park with lift that leads to the square,
this ex Franciscan Convent (13th century) includes a splendid church, a
cloister, 8 Ha land and high trunk tree wood, a wonderful park dotted
with lavender and roses, a garden designed according to the typical
Renaissance Italian style. The whole Convent has been recently restored
and part of it is reserved for the guests. The Convent also includes
Villa Aranciera and 3 apartments, all elegantly furnished and provided
with all comforts. The original doors, wooden beams, terra-cotta tiles
are still preserved and blend beautifully with the antique furniture.
This is the ideal place for those who love art, nature and peace, for
refined people who wish to relax but at the same time enjoy the unique
atmosphere of an ancient Umbrian ex-Convent

Ex Garden House where orange and lemon trees were grown by the monks,
it is characterized by its large arched French windows. Ground Floor:
big lounge with ceramic fireplace, dining area with direct access to
the garden and balcony facing Todi; eat-in kitchen with fireplace (oven,
dishwasher, hob, freezer, refrigerator) and direct access to the
park; storage room; 2 twin bedrooms; 2 bathrooms (WC, sink, shower)
First Floor: master double bedroom with fireplace and balcony;
bathroom (double sink, WC, bath); study with sofa bed; laundry (washing
machine, sink, iron, ironing board). The Villa has direct access to
its private garden and park

luxury Hotel, access to the Convent forest for trekking and walking,
on-site caretaker during the week, satellite TV, stereo and hair
dryer in each house, garden/park, organic orchard, communal outdoor
laundry for the apartments (washing machine, dryer, sink, iron and
ironing board), caretaker every day, fly screens, telephone/ADSL
internet, barbecue, mini gym, car park. NO PETS ALLOWED
