Florence is at 1 hour and half by train. Rome 1 hour away   by car or by train.

Notes to the rental rates
Final cleaning 20 Euros, Electricity and heating costs will be charged separately at the end of your stay on the basis of metered consumption   ( Electricity: Euro 0,25 KW/h,  Gas: Euro 0,80 per cubic meter) - Linens are not provided, occasionally are provided with a small fee of 3 euros per person, per week. Refundable security deposit 150 Euro ( Cash upon your arrival) for any eventual damage or breakage which may occur during the stay. Booking deposit 30 %, balance must be paid in cash upon arrival.
