Ancient stone farmhouse fully restored at 650 mt above sea level, 1,5 km from the village of Castelgiorgio and 20 km from Orvieto.  It consists of 3 apartments, lovingly restored, the use of natural materials, terracotta tiles, hand-made wooden furniture and fine old exposed beams create a very restful and attractive environment.

• Apartment "Rustico" - sleeps 4 - on the ground-floor : Large living room with cook area (gas stove top,  fridge) and sofa near the fireplace, bathroom with shower and bidet;  on the 1st floor : 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower and 1 twin with bathroom, shower and bidet, veranda for outside dining, large shared garden area surronds the apartments.
   

• Apartment "Scuderia" - sleeps 6 - (groundfloor)  and Apartment "Cavaliere" sleeps 6 (1st floor)  : these apartments are very similar; Living with fireplace and well equipped cook area, (gas stove top, oven, fridge), 1 double bedroom and 2 rooms with 2 single beds + 1 bathroom with shower and bidet, veranda, a large shared garden area surronds the apartments.
  
  The owner offers the opportunity to have direct access via private road to the beach of Lake Bolsena which has transparent, sparkling and clean waters- The farmhouse is perfectly positioned for day trips to Viterbo, Siena, Perugia, Rome, Florence, the sea side, and just 20 km away is Orvieto and its cathedral - a unique jewel of Gothic art.
  
  The farmers family who lives close to the apartments is well disposed, on request, to provide cooked meals. For the joy of your children in the farmer house is a stable with cattle.
