Features |
Driving along a white country lane through the green woods of Todi, you
can reach the old stone farm house. The property consists of 330,000 sq
m wood, olive grove, garden and crop land that surround the large stone
house with tower located on a knoll from where you can enjoy the
magnificent view of hill-perched Todi and the surrounding rolling hills.
Under the high cypresses and oak trees, you can enjoy your rest or you
can have roasted food in the big stone pizza oven or swim in the nice
pool. The fully restored farm house still keeps the original wooden
beams, terracotta tiles, open fireplaces, built-in kitchens, while all
rooms are airy and full of light. The farmhouse has been divided
vertically into 3 units, although only 2 houses are for rent. Both
houses have direct access into the garden and park.

Distances: Km west of Todi, 6Km from all shops, supermarkets, bank, chemist’s
etc.

Weekly Prices (if there are up to 8 people of you and you book
both Villas): May and September 1,600 euro, June-August 1,800 euro
They do not include: 120 euro flat (to cover final cleaning, gas, water
and electricity, maintenance of pool and garden, all linens) to be paid
cash upon your arrival, 155 euro security deposit. In case of pets, the
amount of flat fee will vary according to the number of animals.
