offer a unique panorama encompassing the green of the
Mediterranean scrub and the blue of the lake, almost a painted picture
that enchants the eye on first sight. Around them there are about 80
hectares of woods, olive groves and vineyards from which the estate
produces a good wine and extra-virgin olive oil that can be bought
directly at the farm.
ACTIVITIES
The large farmhouse, has two beautiful pools, well
furnished with chairs, sun-beds and deckchairs facing the lake (adults m
20 x 10 - max deep 1,50 and children 6 x 8 ) where you
can enjoy the sun from the morning up to sunset.
Horseback riding is available in the nearby two
stables, and more active people can make excursions in the green
countryside and the surrounding woods, either on foot or by
mountain-bike. The nearby lake of Bolsena offer the possibility of a
bath in the clear waters or sailing, with parking near the lake shore.
There is also a friendly wing for disabled people.

The location of Bolsena apartment rentals in Upper Lazio, on the border
between Lazio and Umbria at short distance from the neighbor Tuscany,
makes it a perfect starting point to reach a large number of tourist
sites.
Day trips can be made to charming historical centers, of particular note
for their Etruscan and medieval heritage: Sovana, Pitigliano, Vulci with
its Etruscan-Roman bridge, the Argentario with its stupendous landscape
on the Tyrrhenian Sea, or Montefiascone with its famed Est! Est! Est!
wine, Viterbo with its medieval quarter, and Orvieto, a city of Etruscan
origins, with its famous Cathedral, one of the most outstanding
Romanesque-Gothic buildings in Italy. Rome, Perugia, Assisi and Todi,
Siena, and San Gimignano are also easy to reach.
